Sealed quotations are hereby invited in the prescribed Tender Document from reputed registered Firm/ Dealers/ OEM/ Companies/ License holder having valid registration, PAN and TIN No for supply of around 20 nos of Gold medals for the ensuing Convocation of the University.

Interested party/ parties may apply in the prescribed tender document (s) which can be obtained from BPUT office at Chhend, Rourkela-15 on payment of Rs. 525/- (Rupees Five hundred twenty five) only per document in shape of DD drawn in any nationalized bank in favour of BPUT, Odisha payable at Rourkela. The tender document can also be downloaded from our website www.bput.ac.in. In case of downloaded forms, the tender cost is to be paid while submitting the tender document. The last date receipt of the tender paper is 02.12.2013 (2.30 pm). The details in respect of technical requirement & terms & conditions are available in our website i.e www.bput.ac.in. The undersigned reserves the right to extend the date and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
